About: A blend of 'Raisins de table' (grapes not usually deemed worthy of use for wine), destemmed and macerated for 6 weeks in the fermenting juice of Syrah grapes. A long and gentle press is followed by a year long elevage in old barriques. An alluring wine with notes spice, sour cherry and a freshness that keeps you coming back for more.
