About: Sparkling pet-nat from Marine Leys five hectares on the South-East-facing slopes of the Cordais plateau in schist on limestone soils. Braucol, an indigenous varietal to Gaillic, also commonly known in other regions as fer or mansois. Subtle peppery notes on the finish with moderate tannins.
