About: Manzoni Bianco is a natural cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc and it creates savoury whites filled with complex flavours. The grapes for this wine are fermented on skins before ageing for 12 months in acacia barrels. An intriguing vinification for an intriguing wine. For those that prefer to stay away from vibrant, fruit forward whites and instead like to savour herbaceous & floral wines.
Elisabetta Foradori is a legend, she has almost single-handedly preserved the Teroldego grape and makes beautiful wines with her family from their vineyards at the base of the Dolomites.
