Grapes, Pinot Grigio
Serving: Chilled (12–14°C)
About: Pinot Grigio grown over alluvial and gravel soils, in an area where this grape variety would usually struggle. Meticulous biodynamic farming and dedication to these vines by Marco Devigili from Campo Rotaliano means these grapes thrive and this incredible wine can be made. The wine is fermented naturally and the grapes are left on their skins for 8 months in amphorae.
Elisabetta Foradori is a legend, she has almost single-handedly preserved the Teroldego grape and makes beautiful wines with her family from their vineyards at the base of the Dolomites.
