About: 100% Gewurtzraminer from 25 year old vines. The grapes were destemmed, then macerated on the skins for around 8 days. The juice was then aged in large Alsatian foundre for 6 months. A pleasantly surprising and engaging take on what can be floral-heavy varietal, the aromatics are kept in check by a lean & clean minerality. A summery explosion of minerals and fruit!
