About: A Pet-Nat that puts Pinotage in the spotlight. South Africa’s native grape is best know for it’s bright fruit and deep earthy character, which translate beautifully is the joyful rosé fizz. Slightly hazy salmon-pink in the glass, with aromas of raspberries, blood orange and earthy rhubarb. Fresh in the mouth, with crunchy cranberry fruit and a savoury edge. Delicious and dangerously drinkable at only 11%!
