About: 100% Riesling from 25 year old vines, macerated for 6-8 days, and aged in large Alsatian foundre for 6 months. The terroir seriously shines through with a lean minerality, keeping focus to the aromatic, herbal fruit. Recommended to open a little while before enjoying - or decanting - as the wine gets better and better with air. Super delicious!
