About: A blend of two Sauvignon parcels that Sylvain purchased from friends, some is macerated for 5 days to add texture, whilst the rest is direct pressed to cuve. A little of Sylvain's own chardonnay is added before bottling to add some complexity. A super zippy, refreshing and tropical wine that you won't want to put down.
