Initially starting out making a craft beer, these guys switched it up and started making incredible natural wines, exploring the different terroirs available to them. Here is an expression of Tannat, typically found in the south of France it produces big, fruit forward, rich wines. Fermented and aged in clay amphora using indigenous yeasts. Full on and spicy.
