About: Astro Bunny returns! The grapes used in this Pet Nat originate in three vineyards from different areas of South Australia. The Vermentino used in previous vintages has been swapped out for Fiano, and the small addition of Mataro contributes to a distinctive candy floss colour. Creamy foam of peaches and distinct floral notes on the nose, delicious flavours of stone fruit and grapfuit-like acidity dance on the palate like refreshing sorbet.
