100% first pressed juice of Pinot Meunier begins its journey in stainless steel. No sulphites added. Spontaneous alcohol fermentation at 17 degrees, undergoes full malolactic fermentation.
Indicative of the grape varietal with notes of biscuits, green apple, white flowers and pear. Complemented with racy acidity making it a natural foil for a variety of foods, or easily consumed on its own.
