Type, Pet Nat
Grapes, Pinot Noir
Serving: chilled (12–14°C)
About: A wonderfully complex red burgundy. Hard to believe that it's only a village wine. Cherry and violet on the nose, with pleasant herbaceous characters, darker chocolate flavours and orange peel on the palate.
Oronce de Beler is a young negoce winemaker based in Vosnee-Romanee, Cotes de Nuits. Burgundy is not an easy place to begin your wine journey, but Oronce has proven his talent with increasingly superb wines each vintage. Don't expect to see these wines at such reasonable prices for much longer.
