About: A super fun, juicy red fruit, low alcohol, sparkling gamay. Sure to make you giddy. Don't blink because the bottle will be gone!
From the tiny appellation of Bugey, north-east of Lyon at the foothills of the French Alps. This wine is made using methode ancestrale, the same as champagne. Second fermentation is slowed down through temperature control at 10 degrees, this leads to a super fine mousse. 78g residual sugar keeps you going back for more.
