About: This Chablis comes from an excellent plot next to Montmains and Forest 1er Crus. This is a benchmark offering and everything you want from Chablis: salinity, concentration and intensity.
Like Vincent Dauvissat, Laurent’s brother-in-law, all the wines are aged in oak barrels (a tiny percentage is new) after fermentation in steel cuves. The provenance of the oak is mixed (Allier, Vosges, Chatillons) which adds complexity to these authentic, brilliant wines.
