Serving: Chilled (12–14°C)
About: A real 'vin de terroir' from Daniel Bouland. Grapes from 30yo vines grown on light yellow sandstone soils, granting a distinctive grainy texture to the resulting wine. This is a bright and fragrant Gamay with notes of raspberry, cherry and hints of spice which is complemented by crisp acidity. A great light red for spring and summer to accompany grilled meats and vegetables.
