About: From vines planted on clay and limestone in Limoux. The grapes were directly pressed and the juice sent straight to cuve, bottled before the end of the fermentation before winter. The wine spent 4 months on the lees and was then disgorged by hand. A delicate pale pink colour with a palate of wild strawberry and a persistent fizz make this a wonderful aperitif.
