Made from hand picked, pink fleshed Discovery (aka Disco) & Rosette apples, with the merest splash of perry pears & Egremont Russet added to the blend. It's a peachy pink cider with strawberry and cranberry, as well as more tropical, apricot and peach notes on the nose.
