About: Field Blend One is an interesting blend of six grape varieties. The grapes are picked and then crushed together by foot. What follows is a 48 hour maceration before pressing to old barriques for one month. The end result is a beautifully expressive and aromatic wine with a beautifully rounded acidity to match.
