Grapes, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay

About: A blend of six red and white grape varieties, all of the grapes are picked on the same day, hand-sorted, destemmed and crushed. Co-fermented for five days and pressed into a 500 litre barrel, the wine is then aged for eight months before bottling. The result- an exuberant, juicy, and delicious wine.
