About: Elegant and mineral sparkling from the region that brought you Prosecco Col Fondo. In fact this is made using the Col Fondo technique of bottle fermentation and no disgorgement, resulting in a bone dry and cloudy sparkling white. The fizz here is smooth, lots of white stone fruit on the palate.
