About: Some rosé carry a lot of reputation and prestige (with hipsters), this being one of them. The genius Christian Tschida has developed a method of macerating his beloved Cabernet Franc in cycles and then ageing the wine in large Austrian barrels for at least 10 months. The resulting wine lives up to the hype.
