Grapes Muskat Ottonel

About: The grapes were destemmed then fermented in a 1000L steel tank with 2 weeks of skin contact.
No punchdowns, just lightly infusing the wine by keeping the cap wet by hand. After pressing it was transferred to one 500L old oak barrel + one 600L acacia barrel where the wine aged for 10 months prior to bottling.
Minimal sulphite addition, unfined, unfiltered. Total production = 1400 bottles
