About: As you may have guessed from the label, this is an ultra fresh, but equally as intriguing wine. Destemmed by hand, and aged in steel and fibreglass to preserve as much freshness as possible. The estate is set up by Dido Voorma and Juriaan Morsink, which they share with endangered Tortuga, hence the names, Vinyes Tortuga. Drink from the fridge now, or let the sugars ferment a little longer to enhance the complexity - if you can wait.
