About: Catarratto from 40-80 year old vines on the island of Pantelleria, closer to Africa than it is to Italy and the same island as the famed Gabrio Bini. The fruit is macerated overnight to add structure and creates a rustic style orange wine, stereotypical of the wines from this island. Bags of flavour with great freshness to match.
