About: A brilliant and unique expression of these two grapes. Black fruits, herbaceous and savoury notes with some lovely tannin to bring the wine together. From a parcel up to forty years old, the two varieties were co-fermented as whole bunches for about a month before being pressed off to barrels to rest through the winter.
