Serving: chilled (12–14°C)About: Gamay growing on clay, flint and silex soils near Christophe's cellar in Couffy. He macerates the fruit whole bunch for about two weeks before pressing and ageing in tank. Incredibly pure and balanced, this vintage has dark black fruit, almost reminiscent of Cab Franc, but with such soft tannins and drinkability. The finish is slightly floral and earthy. Very elegant. Super limited quantities so book now to avoid disappointment!
