Grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot-Noir
about: This cuvée comes from sites in the seven villages where the Agrapart family own vines in the Côtes des Blancs, including two Grands Crus of Avize and Cramant. A blend of the 2016 and 2017 vintages, this is a great example of just how good non-vintage champagne can be. A lovely balance of fruit flavour and minerality. Dosage of 5g/l and disgorged 06/20.
Pascal Agrapart took over the reigns of the domaine in 1985 and since then has guided them to the very top of the champagne hierarchy. They own 12ha of vines, 50% of which are in the grand cru of Avize alongside the hallowed Selosse family. Pascal is a true man of the earth and a master of his art. He finds great beauty in the way he works and the wines he creates.
Not only are these wines a wonder to drink, but also age incredibly well. They continue to gain popularity and their prices will continue to grow as such.
