About:
A vibrant Grolleau from Les Sablonnettes with layers of dark fruit. Notes of plums and black cherries are complemented by good acidity and bright minerality. A complex yet extremely quaffable wine to pair with a variety of foods, or easily had on its own.
Grapes are harvested and destemmed before a two-week maceration. The wine rests in tanks for six months before it is bottled without sulfites or filtration.
