About: The Mas des Agrunelles estate sits in the warm region of the Terrasses du Larzac AOC, but benefits from cool nights provided by its proximity to Massif Central mountain range. This gives the wines good balance of acidity and are often likened to the wines of beaujolais and burgundy. This cuvee is picked from a north facing plot planted in the 1970's. The grapes are whole bunch macerated for two weeks before vinification in neutral stainless steel vats and terracotta jars.
