About: Emmanuel Lassaigne returned to his family's domaine in Montgueux (Aube) when they ran into financial difficulties and there was a risk of closure. Driven by a passion for the family business and pride for the area where he grew up, he is now creating wonderful blanc de blanc wines from a terroir so often overlooked and disregarded for Champagne production.
Les Vignes de Montgueux is a NV champagne based on the 2017 vintage. Although about 60% is made up of wine from the 2015 & 2016 vintages. It's a super playful and exotic champagne with a fine mousse, sharp lemony flavours that leave you salivating for another sip.
