About:  An ethereal orange wine from superstar Ivo Ferreira. This wine champions the now rare Terret grape, previously widely planted but now down to a couple of hectares. Lots of florals, underripe peach with a touch of bitterness and supple tannins to balance. 2016 vintage which has had some time in bottle to relax.

Ivo moved to France from Portugal in his early teens and after a few years working as a sommelier in Paris spent some time making wine with Jean-Marc Brignot and Chateau le Puy. In 2009 he settled in the Hérault on the foot-hills of the Larzac plateau. Here, the limestone soils, cold winters, hot summers and the prevailing Tramontane wind make the area almost perfect for growing vines and making wine.
