About: All red grapes, from Gérald Oustric in Valvignières directly pressed. Fermentation in fibreglasss for nearly 10 months. No racking, so all fermentation has been on the lees. Bottled in June 2020 with 12 grams of residual sugar so possibly given time will make some fizz!
