About: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from vines up to fifty years old. The grapes are fermented as whole bunches for a week, before being pressed off to cement until the end of November. This is a perfect chilled red, in a litre bottle, so it lasts a bit longer. Wild strawberry flavour, the wine is alive in the glass. One for the natty wine kids.
