Grapes, Pinot Noir
Serving: Chilled (12–14°C)
About: A classy and complex wine that develops in the glass over time. Earth and minerality, open up to robust fruit flavour. An elegant, natural burgundy from a lesser known part of the Côte de Beaune.
Isabelle and Jean Yves Vantey moved to Maranges, a slightly wilder and less refined part of the Burgundy region. They now farm 15 sites across the area, farming each one differently depending on the terroir and the desired wine. All with the utmost respect for the ecosystem and nature via organic and biodynamic principles.
