About: A big and unique blend from the Loire Valley. Gamay grapes are laid in vat and covered with Grolleau grapes after a week, Cabernet Sauvignon the following week and finally a small portion of Chenin. Medium bodied, juicy with soft tannins and good acidity from the addition of Chenin.
