About: Grapes from a small 1ha plot of low-yielding bush vines farmed by Jurgen Gouws of Intellego Wines. Macerated for nine days as whole bunches before being transferred to old oak foudre. A refined and more delicate style of this rugged grape, it retains meaty, gamey flavours but with more finesse and freshness. Spicy, intriguing and very limited.
