Serving: Cold (6–11°C)
About: A near extinct grape, from arguably the hottest area in Europe. Temperatures regularly exceeding 40 degrees in the summers. Picked super late, in most years not until October. The whole bunches are direct pressed and then fermented in stainless steel, bottling takes place about 6 months later. This is a really interesting wine and a great starter for those looking to try orange wines.
