About: Morillon is the Styrian name for chardonnay, planted over opok soil which is a unique blend of clay and silt. This wine is up there with some of the best chardonnay out there. Destemmed, pressd and aged in large old Austrian fourdre. It's alive with flavour and texture. Vibrant lime juice citrus, tart pear fruit and a smokey minerality.
