About: A blend of Grenache planted in 1949 by Laurent's grandfather as well as small parts of the other blending grapes to add diversity to the wine. Whole bunch infusion but as to avoid too much tannin extraction, a total of 7 days maceration. It's a light red, almost a rose, with deep cherry, strawberry and spicey character. Reminds us of a Jura Poulsard. A killer wine.
