Grapes, Grenache Noir, Colombard
Serving: Chilled (12–14°C)
About: From two parcels in Adissan, just west of Montpellier planted on limestone and basalt. The grapes were harvested and then macerated together in their whole bunches for 15 days before being pressed to cuve. Rounded plump fruit from the Grenache but a very pleasing freshness from the Colombard makes this light red a wonderful springtime bottle.
