About: Spontaneous fermentation, aged in barrique for 8 months.
A combination of whole bunch maceration and time on skins, with the Chardonnay immediately pressed for freshness. Each varietal was matured separately in barrique for half a year and blended before bottling.
Certified biodynamic since 2009 but farming biodynamically since 2006, Gerhard and his wife Brigitte aim to produce wines that reflect their origins and leave as little footprint on the land as possible.
