Petite Cigue Cognac - Fanny Fougerat

The youngest in the range of this great Cognac house, being aged for 6 years in the oak casks. Produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes from Fins Bois region of Cognac, all grown on Fanny's land. What is very characteristic for Fanny Fougerat Cognac is that it's never blended. Every bottle from every release is labelled with a barrel number and bottle number, so it is essentially a single cask Cognac (something which is very common in whisky industry but quite unique in Cognac). No caramel colouring added and not chill filtered.
