About: The grapes for Pinotte! were picked from 60 year old vines in Marsannay and Couchey, just north of Fixin. The viticulture is organic and biodynamic, working with a mix of sandy, clay and limestone soils. This is Sylvain Pataille’s stomping ground so we knew the juice would be good - and it is.
