About: Pallagrello Bianco grapes macerated on the skins for 8 days with indigenous yeast, before aging for 12 months in steel and chestnut barrels. Apricot and orange zest on the nose and rich spice notes on the palate. A complex but balanced orange wine. Paola Riccio's winery is situated in the hills of Caiazzo, just north-east of Naples. She has worked tirelessly sicne the 1990's to bring back the Pallagrello grape from the brink of extinction. Thank you Paola.
