About: A perfumed, herbaceous field blend of native red and white varieties planted on the northwest side of Mount Etna. 80-year-old vines contribute to a concentrated, stony red that balances deftness and body. Wild yeast fermentation in concrete tank with 15 days maceration on skins. The wine is aged in concrete tank and large old oak barrels.
