About: This wine from Julien Albertus is made in a local cave on the outskirts of Roshiem. Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris grapes are directly pressed and then fermented with indigenous yeast. This Pet Nat has a rich texture and body which work together to yield a balanced and delicious wine.
