About: A juicy, glou-glou style wine. Strawberries and liquorice on the palate. As with all of Alessandro's reds, the grapes were completely destemmed before a 4 day maceration. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel.
Alessandro Viola combines complex terroir, respectful farming and precise vinification to create wonderfully bright and expressive wines. Based around the beautiful Mount Bonifato, on the NW tip of Sicily, he is a real winemaker with a love for the land where he works.
