About: From a 40 year old parcel of Chardonnay on Argovian white limestone, not the usual soil type found in Santenay. Hand picked and slowly pressed, racked to old barrels for fermentation and aged for 9 months on full lees with an extra month on fine lees. The wine is an exotic fruit bowl on the nose, matched with peaches and cream on the palate. It lingers on your tongue and evolves over time. Serious quality.
