About: A musky and exotic orange wine from the French Alsace. Gewurztraminer & Pinot Gris spend a long 8 months on their skins, with the Pinot Gris giving the juice its distinctive blush, rosé-like colour - hence the cuvée name!
Delightful aromas reminiscent of a botanical garden - think potent lily, spring blossom, rose petals et al... The fruity notes are also fittingly tropical - lychee, grapefruit& quince. As is typical of perfumed-profile wines, there is a balancing bitterness on the finish - like the resolve of a perfect cadence.
