About: 50 year old vines growing on limestone and marl. Dry and mineral with some floral notes. The grapes are hand harvested and direct pressed to 10 year old 1000 litre barrels using an 80 year old basket press. The wine spends 10 months on the lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulphur.
